this is with regards to an accident that took place last year, the vehicle involved The vehicle was insured with DIAL DIRECT at the time Policy number: ***/2

Comprehensive Cover &3rd Party cover.

Dial Direct refuse to pay the claim, my premium were up to date.

on two occasion I received summons, the first time I have sent the summons from the attorney to dial direct, now I received a summons from the sheriff of the court to attached my items worth R400,000.00. to date no one seems to care from Dial Direct, the service and the staff is not assisting, A police report from Germiston Police Station was sent to Dial Direct. the vehicle was insured .

please note I am not in a position to loose my attachments to the sheriff, can someone please help as 3rd party cover can help.
