Such a Nightmare

Sadly i didnt even want to rate even one star, for such nonsense insurance, time, wasters, and lies, ive been calling them since last year to just update my cellphone one number on thier app, so they can revord my driving and rate me to pay, as how the business sells itself markets itself, today i called again to assist me and find out why are my number hasnt been updated, as usual they ask for security questions, which ive been telling them and previously it was correct and suddenly my adress is wrong and ive been using it always since me and my fiance started with the company, i should have been paif ober a period of 3months already, but even the service on the phone is bad, so disappointed and would ever recommend any1 to use this company amd my friend experianced the worse service in December after being un attended for her claim anf only after she wrote a review here they started attending,,, worse ever
