Stupid app ever

I first complained about the app inaccuracy like picking up that I used my phone whilst driving and I told one of the agents that the app still tracks as long as +-5min after you have left your car and I also complained about losing my overall ranking score from *** to 865889 without the app even tracking my driving I even rated the app on the play store about the same thing but to no luck,you are just being told to email your querry to the app department that never comes back to you about your app issue or you troubleshoot the app same old nonsense
