Strugle to get my policy stopped.

I try to cancel my Tyer and scratch policy with them and it is a struggle, they just don't care! I try to call and they put me on hold for an long time on the phone, I have send emails and emails no response. They don't have a good communication skill with there clients. I don't know when I will get my policy stopped, Now I must pay for a service I don't need or get from them anymore.
