Stop *****ing
Diqldirect makes a mistake on my car insurance, so I fone in 2 rectify their mistake but I end up paying 4 it. I have 2 pay a resubmission fee of R250 & it was deducted from my account then a little latter they send me a message stating they haven't deducted my monthly premium of R650 & I will be billed extra. Now I haven't been contacted by dialdirect to say that they ****ed with details on my vehicle, they made my 2011 car a 2006 model so I got 2 pay now for their flops.
