****** vehicle insurance payout

I will never insure with dial direct again. We had a house ******* where 2 vehicles were ****** 1 insured with Dial direct and the other with a competitor. The competitor paid out for the other vehicle in full deducting absolutely no excess amount. <br> For my vehicle Dial Direct paid out the Market value less an excess of R2000 something and then on top of that another 7.5% of the market value which they call a theft excess.<br> Well what is the purpose of insuring with them if you get penalized for an event which was totally out of ones control. <br> Would not recommend Dial Direct and I will not insure with them again!
