Still waiting for my refund…

I canceled the policy mid July and I was told that the debit might go off but I will be refunded. So the debit did go off and a week later still no refund. I have been told it will reflect after 7 days and 7 day came and passed still no refund. The I made another call and I was told on the system it reflects that it would be on my account on the 18th. Still no refund and I am tired of waiting as I need my money!
