Still debeting after cancelation and refusing to refund

Dial direct is a ****, watch out. They are so quick at giving reasonable quotes to woo u to get their insurance. Wait until u want to cancel or make a claim. They will give u hell I tell, u will be taken from pillar to pole and left frustrated by different call center urgent u keep calling and who keep telling u the same thing "it will be sorted by Friday" like really. I have cancelled my insurance but they still debeting from my account but they have send me a letter to inform me that they have canceled the insurance and that my car is no longer insured effective immediately and to note that my car is not covered, but they still debeting. When I inform them about the issue, I keep being told that it will be solve by Friday. I lost count how many Fridays have past. DIAL DIRECT IS PATHETIC AND NAIVE
