STILL AWAITING EXCESS PAYMENT REFUND
Was involved in vehicle accident on 10 December 2022, and had to pay the excess amount immediately. Inconvenienced for 3 months without a car (had a rental car for 3 weeks for the whole duration). Still no call, e-mail, or anything when requesting my excess payback.
