Stellar DialDirect experience

My phone got ****** on Christmas Eve, 24 Dec 2021.

This resulted in the submission of an insurance claim - this was my first experience of an insurance claim relating to a ****** phone.

The agent that was tasked to assist me with my claim was Mr. Aveshan Govender. He is by far the most easiest and most pleasant person I have dealt ever. An attentive, efficient, knowledgeable, patience and courteous individual who clearly has a passion for what he does.

There a no words to describe the satisfaction and appreciation of an insurance house that cares about their customers and staff that care even more about the clients.
