STAY AWAY FROM DIAL DIRECT - POOREST INSURER EVER

<br> on 23 April i phoned for a quote on a Transporter, The quote. was R279.00 with an access of R2600.00 which I accept for commuting purposes as that is what we use the vehicle for. On the 25th of April when I phone to add another vehicle all of a sudden the transporter could not be insured for commuting and only for business use which increased the premium then to R440.00 with an increased access of R4600.00. When I complain about this and I request a supervisor to get back to me a supervisor did get back to me 3days later and then the best HE could do was to switch the same transporter back to commuting BUT for an instalment of R336.00 and an Access of R3600.00.... So HOW ON EARTH?? we are talking about exactly the same vehicle, but with 3 different premium's and access payments within 2 weeks. Well on the end of April the premium of R440.00 was deducted plus the prorate for the month of April... in 2 different instalments .... End May the premium of R336.00 was deducted but WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CREDIT AMOUNT? I have send emails and phone the call centre daily but with no success. So I suggest STAY AWAY FROM DIAL DIRECT. They don't honour Quotes and agreements <br> <br> <br> <br>
