Speeding factor on App (July 1st update)
I am giving you one star - like the one star I just got for driving 70km/hr in a 80 zone. Yes, dear friends... This latest update to your app has destroyed all faith I had in this campaign. I've been getting 5 star trips consistently since I signed up for this program in August 2017, but whatever algorithm your developers added now to track speed has completely ruined it. Maybe it's a way for them to avoid having to pay high percentage of cash backs to clients? So how exactly were they voted product of the year 2019? Anyways, this seems to be the only way also to sometimes get someone to do something as e-mails to their support desk never gets answered!

12 Sept 2019, 17:42I am very sorry to say that more than two months later, your so called technical experts have still not resolved this issue. I have a string of e-mails from Mr Louis Meyer wherein he has constantly promised that the matter is being escalated or being looked into, but yet, the very issue which I brought forward is still not resolved. I have shared road side pictures showing the speed limits as imposed by our traffic authorities, so why should I be penalized for not adhering to a speed limit as envisaged by Dial Direct's technical team. As far as I'm concerned, I should not be marked down for driving 75km/hr in a 80 zone just because you have incorrectly listed a section of road as having a 60km/hr speed limit. I'm at the end of my wits with this app. And more so with Dial Direct as a whole. Perhaps it is time to start shopping around for better service provider?
