Spam calls from DialDirect and rude staff
Receiving spam calls from DialDirect, I politely asked for my number to be removed off the system as I do not want to receive calls like this. The person abruptly put the phone down while I was asking where did they get my number from. This ensures that I will never ever consider to use them.
