SO SLOW
Dial Direct used to be an amazing company. I loved them. Been with them for years and promoted them to everyone who needed short term insurance...<br> <br> NOW! 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on a return call to discuss a query and am still waiting for any kind of payment.... <br> <br> Where has the service gone in this company, or did I just choose the wrong person...?? (PS: Some of the people at DDirect are awesome... Some, not so much!)
