So Disapointed

I am not even a customer and already I have had so many issues with Dialdirect. Changing my insurance was the easy part but little did I know what I was putting myself into. Firstly, they debited me a month early. secondly, some \value added policy"was added to my policy without my knowledge or consent. When I tried to have it cancelled I was informed someone would call me. two weeks later no one has called and no confirmation was sent informing me that my request has been carried out.<br> <br> Moving to Dialdirect is turning out to be such a nightmare... I wonder what would happen if I had to cliam"
