SMALL SCRATCHES AND DENTS *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am utterly disgusted and extremely ****ed at dial direct insurance!!!!!!!!!!! I have added extra dents and scratches cover to my main policy, as I've seen that in the past you don't ask for damage, but people are very common nowadays. My new car was recently damaged, which looks as if someone may have bumped the car and didn't notify me as it was standing in a parking area. I only realised when I had the car washed. Have submitted my claim, but it has now been rejected, because the assessor thinks it's not a small scratch or dent???? How the hell does he come to his conclusion????????????????? surely you can't estimate that just because it cost a little more than R3000....................Go and see what the prices are in life, we live in reality not a damn movie!!!!!! I am fed up with dial directs excuses not to pay out claims or repair damage!!!!!!!!!!!!! you are the ****** pits to say the least.. my money is good enough but I don't get the service I deserve.......................
