Slow claiming process

Dial direct is a ridiculously slow vehicle insurance company and I think not one of the best.

I have to always be the one following up, doing the chasing. Their consultants always say they will call you back and they don't. Always saying "We gonna get authority from my manager".

I had an accident in December, now it's March, and I am still waiting for payment to be settled.

I wouldn't really recommend Dial direct with the struggle I am experiencing.
