Shortfall refund

I cancelled my insurance last month, I also had a shortfall with them but that was not cancelled so i called to cancel which was done but didn't get my refund for this month as I cant be paying 2 shortfalls for 1 car, I have called to request for a refund but still nothing and no one is calling me back regarding my premium for this month.
