Short, Sweet Stress free claim process

I had a small claim when my car windscreen was hit by a stone and cracked, I had a smooth, short and hustle free claim with Dial direct agent which took less than 10minutes and everything was done. (over the phone) This kind of a service made me believe that some companies out there are still looking out for their customers, im receiving the service im paying for and not a **** like how most companies have turned out to be and concerned about making profit from their customers more than rendering a service. There is always a room for improvement though.
