Shoddy Dialdirect

I have since inception been receiving cash back from Dial direct until recently. I have attempted numerous times to ascertain the reason for my cash back being suspended summarily and without explanation. Finally they admitted that they had done so in error and will pay me double in the coming month. To my horror I discovered this morning that my cash back has been reduced to an amount of less than R100 for January and that the February projection will be zero. I called them immediately only to be cut off by the person who called me back after I had requested a call back. I AM TRULY SHATTERED BY THIS TREATMENT DESPITE ME BEING A 5 STAR DRIVER.
