Shocking service

I have never in my life had such shocking service and experience as with this company. We had a car accident on 10 April 18 and would believe it our car is not fixed yet and we have no idea when it will be done by. They don't phone you back, cannot give you any person of importance to speak to and just pass the buck completely. it is absolutely shocking. 1 1/2 + months later and we still have no idea what is happening. we are now talking to the panelbeater direct who is equally useless. Just tells us that the parts are still on back order, on a car that is so common and they don't have parts. I am up and don't know what to do anymore.
