Shocking!!!!

We phoned Dial Direct to enquire why our premium went up with 20%. The consultant said that it is because the system generated the increase. We said that it is more than inflation and enquired what the property was valued for. He said it went up from R650 000 to R700 000. We said that it is impossible as we have a large house and it must be millions. He was adamant. We drew our documents and in 2018 it was R4.8 million. He said, ooohhh sorry. It is now R7 million not seven hundred thousand. This is absolutely shocking!!
