Shocking Claim Service
I had an accident on the 18th December, and my car was towed. Towing report clearly states spare wheel in vehicle.<br> When I went to collect the car on 23/01/2016 and paid excess.<br> Driving out noticed the seats were wet, radio was not working, asked to open the boot at security and boot clip broken, and no spare wheel <br> Radio - blown fuse, replaced<br> Boot clip - vehicle on a maintenance plan - Hyundai to fix<br> Seats dried<br> STILL NO SPARE<br> Logged the issue with DialDirect on Monday 25/01 and I still do not have a spare wheel<br> SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING
