Shocking annual increases
They keep on ripping us of with annual increases of > 15% when inflation is a third of this. This despite being a client for many years with no claims or no increase in risk profile. But they hide behind the "annual policy review" to sneak in these ridiculous increases

And then for those who does notice you offer a "discount" to make them feel better or achieved something because you "assisted" which is utter nonsense You can find all the my details under *** mailed to <***>.
