Services!!!

Good day ,<br> <br> I have been phoning since last week with regards to a claim to my policy that I have with above mentioned firm. I spoke to a lady Gift last week Thursday(05/03/2015) who assisted me with the legal advise and she also told me that I will receive an SMS for a specific attorney where I can go to for consultation. Today is Monday the 09/03/2015 and I still haven't received an SMS , I phoned to follow up on this and they keep on transferring me to several departments ,I stay on the line for how long and still no luck , I still don't know what's going on...This is really starting to frustrate me because this happens every time when I have to submit a claim or need legal advise...This is very poor service and this drives me to a point where I will cancel my policy and this will make DAIL DIRECT loose business .I will in fact take me business elsewhere because im sick of the lack of poor service that im getting.<br> <br>
