<p>About two weeks ago my house was hit by lightning leaving a large part of my household goods damaged. This happened late in the evening, I made contact with Dialdirect the next morning and friendly staff assisted in filling a claim and taking down the details. That same day their assessors collected the damaged goods from my home. They continually informed and updated me on the progress of the claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dialdirect took me from where I felt that I can sit and cry to feeling really good again, they’ve replaced everything.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is really an awesome feeling to know your insurance got you covered in an event like this.
