Schocking service!!!

Schocking service and don't care attitude I am receiving from Dial Direct. I have completed a survey some weeks ago and until now I haven't received feedback What's interesting is that Dial Direct is not shy to deduct funds from my account and yet they can't respond to my claim. I will not stop sharing my frustration until my matter is resolved. I regret joining Dial Direct insurance, worst insurance I have ever experienced. I look forward to receiving a response from a senior manager.
