I've been a loyal customer to this insurance. So I switched my personal insurance to business. The consultant told me that I won't be covered until I submit my inspection which I haven't yet but then they still managed to debit my account. So tell me should something happen to my car what's gona happen since you said I'm not covered but debited my account! How fair is that? So yall benefiting on my money while I am not covered? Please refund my account and it's not helpful that consultants are ducking down upon my request for refund and cancelation 😡😡😡😡
