**** _ DIAL DIRECT!!!

I have been ****med by a "Dial Direct" and funny enough, you cannot get hold of the actual Dial Direct loans department to either verify or deny the information. I am just wondering if they are not part of the ****. Phone and being placed on hold for 10 min at a time makes you wonder. And reporting a **** is another issue because again, NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!!!!!!! FSP Number, letterheads, and even the mail address look legit.
