Saved a client
I called about another matter but was irritated at process for this query. Sechaba resolved the query and relooked at my policy. He determined that my premium should be reduced. A new policy was issued on the same day. Amazing service. He is pleaseant, knowledgeable and professional. A real asset to Dial Direct.
