I would like to write a review about Dial direct: I had a non fault accident that occurred four months into being insured with dial direct, with all the personal stress I was carry, my appointed claim assessor Romano Naidoo took care of me, provided me with info.without chasing, always showed value of customer service, he is truly an asset to the company. I will be renewing my contract with dial direct.
