I had an accident last year November 2021 luckily no injuries or fatalities the new drive just beat the robot and hit me,I did put a claim and it was approved .Then i got a call before the 16th of Dec 2021 that my claim was approved so my car was taken to the panelbeaters for reapers they gave me all the contacts for that panebeater. But since to date i didnt receive my car the insurance dont contact me meaning i am not their client or baby anymore but they keep on deductiong every month of which i dont have a problem with that but no status update nothing when i send emails i dont get any reply.I went to the panelbeater they give me stories i dont know what to do no compensation nothing i have been using public transport from the day of the accident , till to date my care is still with the panelbeater everytime when i go there they keep on promising that i ll get my car next week. even today i went there ..after work same stories. i am thinking of ingaging the ombudsman because clearly i am not going any where.
