Rude Consultant- Zinezi Konzapi

When I took out insurance with dial direct the guy I spoke to was very friendly, which made me comfortable with my choice. Months later I had to cancel the insurance and when I called, I spoke to Zinezi Konzapi (not sure about the spelling). This lady hung up on me while I was talking to her and then sent an email that my policy was going to be cancelled at midnight as per my request but didn't bother processing some of the premium I had paid already to be paid back to me.

I'm not sure why she decided to hang up on me, but that's not how we treat people. I need you guys to please process whatever you need to process so that I can get my money back. It's a shame that she had to ruin the good work that had been done by the person that signed me up, her attitude left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
