Rude and unprofessional consultant

Spoke to a consultant called Bradley who works under supervision. He promised to email me my updated policy....still not received as yet. Also very rude and abrupt on on the phone, does not allow the client to talk and state their case. Please listen to the voice recording on Friday afternoon 31 May to verify my complaint.
