Rowena and Faizel saved the day!!!

I have just moved house and obviously needed to change the particulars on my insurance.<br> I left a call-back message on the Dial Direct website and received a call within less than 24 hours from Rowena. Rowena, you are a champion!!! She was happy to speak to me. I could hear she was smiling... She was competent and helped me quickly and efficiently. My premiums went up after the change, which I was a little sad about but she assured she could help me and passed me on to a senior consultant, Faizel.<br> Faizel was just as happy as Rowena was. And here's the kicker: After no more than a few questions and less than a minute, my monthly premium was down by R250!!!<br> Thank you Faizel, Rowena ad Dial Direct for making my manic Monday a memorable one!
