Hi, So I cancelled my insurance but an amount of R173.73 was still taken off my account. When calling Dialdirect I was told it was for tyre insurance. Never even knew I had this but anyway, I asked them cancel this. Then I am told that because I had been a client for so long they can do it for R73.00, do I still want to cancel? Of course I do. Why not give me a good deal to start off instead of waiting for a phone call.
