Ridiculous premium increase
I received my policy update letter from Dialdirect. And it shows a massive increase in my premium. I've been a loyal claim free client for a couple years and I find it ridiculous that my premium will increase by nearly R200. I've logged onto the hippo website and upon entering all my details I get a quote for R449 with the same excess I currently have on my policy right now. I will take my business elsewhere if no one can explain why my premium will be R930 and hippo is quoting R449.
