Ridiculous Increases
<p>I have now been with Dialdirect for 1 year after moving because of good references. Now I get an anual review and premium increased by 26% One vehicle increase by 53% alone. How can this be justified? After numerous call with lame excuses of repairs, and parts increasing, danger on the roads. Dialdirect wil very soon outprice themselves in the market. Off I go to phones all the competitors and move my insurance. What a waste of time from a company I had great joy in working with.</p>

Yes, thank you for meeting me halfway although I still believe going forward Dialdirect needs to relook their review process and apply increases accordingly and market related.
