Ridiculous increase in premiums!
Dialdirect just put up my premium for 2 cars by 25%. No claims, no accidents, just an extra 25% to be paid. What a *******.

11 Dec 2020, 13:45Dialdirect is lying. They sent me a few emails promising a response, they never got hold of me. I cancelled my insurance with them and am now paying less than half of what they were trying to charge me with another company.
