Ridiculous increase for loyal customers by Dialdirect.

I have been a customer for approximately 10 years with Dialdirect. Then Dialdirect decided to increase my car premium of 4 years for around 18%, which way too high for me in this current economic condition. Furthermore, in the 4 years I have never claimed from Dialdirect. As a loyal customer, do I really deserve a ridiculous 18% increase? Please assists.
