Ridiculous Increase and no call back
Ridiculous Increase and no call back. This is not the first time that my policy increases by around 20%. They automatically increase values, but don't decrease them as vehicles value drops. I have made numerous attempts to make contact and to cancel. Not one response. If I don't get a response back by tomorrow, I will contact the ombudsman.

07 Dec 2018, 17:16So I get an immediate response from Dial Direct. I received a call, and after reviewing my policy I canceled from the end of December, considering I am paid up until then. The man confirmed it verbally, then immediately sent me a letter saying that my cover ends tonight.
Zero ethics. I will be taking this further.
