Ridiculous Increase

We have been with Dial Direct for over 4 years now. We have no been told that our premium will be increased by 31%. <br> They tried the same thing last year and when we threatened to cancel they suddenly changed their tune with no increase.<br> This time we are not falling for that, we have given Dial Direct notice of cancellation today and i have spent most of the day phoning around to get quotes only find out that some of the other offers are Half the price of what i am paying now from dial Direct for EXACTLY THE SAME Insured goods. So working it out i have been overpaying for the last 4 years..... what i could have done with that extra money every month...boggles the mind.<br> WHY??? Dial Direct?<br> You have just lost a loyal customer of 4 years because of your greed.
