Restraining Order
house was vadalised by tenant, tenant had a restraining order against me the owner. Tenant moved out with out informing me and vandalised the property.Dial direct refused to assist me with damaged property because property was un-occupied for longer than 60 days, if tenant dont notify me, that he is vacating the premises ,how will i know the premises is un-occupied. (with me having a restraining order.) please advice i dont see why i should suffer the loss and just forget about it. (Policy states if property is un-occupied for longer than 60 days will not pay out.<br> My dispute how will i know if i am not informed that property is un-occupied. (with a restaining order against me , my Lawyer adviced me not to go near the property, wil get arrested.
