Respond that was loaded for me, Ref 99551

I have been with this company for 14 years and I was involved in an accidental on 20 May 2002, the claim was finalized a week later on 27 May 2022 and for that I'm extremely happy. Romano Naidoo was my claim consultant. Now, fast forward to repairs, the car was collected from Auction Nation by their approved repairer on Tuesday 31 May 2022. The repairer has done their assessment yesterday 2 June 2022. I'm told that they will wait for quotations and availability of parts before they can begin the job. My concern with DD right now is the unavailability of personnel to respond to my "respond that was loaded for me on Tuesday 31 May 2022, ***" one will think that because you have been with a company for 14 years, they'll treat you better for showing loyalty for all those years. DD, please call and assist. A person once said, if you want to know how good your insurer is, make a claim. I will wait for your call as today is my last day to figure to know if you will help or not
