Request Extension of courtesy car until my car is repaired,my car claim should be approved and warranty and service cover should also be used for my car I need help

I am very depressed because of Dial Direct Insurance Company which I sign a contract of insuring my car from 2016.I am currently having a claim of accident for my car they refused to approve all the damages caused by the same accident. They sent their senior consultant by the name of George to meet my witnesses..which are a passenger, community members and police officers .I met with George at police station and he took all statements from police, community member and the passenger.George requested me to take him to the squatters camp where the incidence happened..He met witnesses and take their statements and took fotos .They said now they want photos before the accident..I sent them one foto.. They said they need more fotos..My car is now having 4 weeks at panel beaters.I have a courtesy car for 30 day which is due 3December 2023.They don't want to extend the allowance of courtesy car.What is worse they said they cancelled my car not to be under their insurance anymore..I am paying car insurance policy, warranty policy with them.. Please help me...I am also paying service plan..I am currently very ill and very depressed with this situation..
