Repeated CPA violations & Compliance

Refer Tue 8 Jul 2014 on HelloPeter and previous incidents.The supervisor confirms there are numerous remarks about this.<br> <br> At this stage it's clear DialDirect is in violation of South African laws and has serious compliance issues. <br> <br> As such you're being put on notice that either you marketing director, or director responsible for compliance & risk, contacts me with 48 hrs via mail explaining how DialDirect intends becoming CPA compliant. Else legal action will follow.<br> <br> No call center operator or secretary calls etc will be tolerated (where empty promises are made anyway) and will be considered a further violation of my privacy.<br> <br> I expect a mail of apology from one of the two stated persons with a plan detailing how you intend respecting the privacy of South Africans in future and not abusing your client base further.<br> <br> No means no! Any company that does not understand the legal obligation that places on them has no business dealing with clients, much less having access to private information. <br> <br>
