Rejection of claim and 3rd party claim

Vehicle insured with them possibly 9/10 . Vehicle accident claim rejected becuase in their books the regular driver detail changed! Excuse 1, age, 2. wasnt listed on policy when he was, 3 I didnt inform that my risk profile changed! How do they audit policies! Paying for yrs this is 1st major claim plus they deducted premium when claim was lodged and vehicle written off by them! Bunch of ******* *****ing from hard working ppl! Client has to make all calls!
