Rejected Vehicle claim/ Assessor Shaun Gilbert from Dial Direct not being truthful

Shaun Gilbert from Dial Direct assessed my vehicle on 19 April 2019, and did not include in his assessment what was presented to him but rather decided to assume that it was not accident related. what he sent to Ross Champion did not include that they have a look at why was the car loosing power and delayed start which he said they will check after stripping. VW was only done on the 20th May 2019 after I refused to take the vehicle from Ross Champion the 19th May when I saw that the engine light was still on and the start and power issue was not attended to.

When I asked Johnathan Kruger the branch manager he said he spoke to you and you said you forgot to include it in your report.

Shaun you had decline it even before it went to VW for assessment, Ross said they were done fixing by the 19th May according to what you approved and VW technical assessment was then done on the 20th May.

Shaun when I called you yesterday to find out why you had not included the vehicle loosing power as I had reported to you before I brough the vehicle for assessment and at the assessment, your reply was I am now blaming everything on the insurance and you said you will put Phone down which was very rude, I do not appreciate to be treated in such a rude manner.

I get this from your attitude of my vehicle assessment from what you said I am putting everything on the insurance, your assumption is that I am lying and what I reported to you is not true which is I find that very offensive.

I do not appreciate the way you have gone about my vehicle claim, it is discriminatory, defamatory and rather insulting to say the least.

Please do the right thing and do not assume, maybe if I was a different colour you will not treat me like a ******** like you are doing now.

Why was the engine light not included in your report initially? Why were you saying the vehicle was hit at the back not the front? You are not a technical expect, that is where you are wrong to assume.

I want my vehicle fixed, before the accident my car could drive and start well, after the impact i called the insurance reported and i told shaun that my car has no power and it is delaying to start i am afraid in may blow up, but he said if it can move i must drive slow and bring it in.

I am so disappointed with Dial Direct, this was suppose to take about 15 days it well over a month and still getting nowhere to getting my car fixed and in working order..... please i want Dial Direct to please fix my car and stop ducking behind technical stuff that is not relevant to this, because when i pay Dial Direct i do not get technical i pay as part of my agreement and service they promise. i was never promised such a headache.

i will never refer anybody to this insurance Dial Direct you are not giving me as your client what you promised, this is a breached of contract, this is not credible.
