Rejected claim

Morning, hope you doing good, I always see how you help people I hope you can do the same for me. I was hijacked 3 weeks ago on my way home from work and I went through the most thinking I was going to die fortunately God saved me. After that traumatic experience I thought Dial Direct would ease my pain since I have been insured for 3 years but they made this worse for me by rejecting my claim due to putting someone else as a regular driver while I drive the car to work. I start work at 4 am and finish at 22:00 since we work shifts, now I can't go to work if I do I have to come late and leave early on top of that I still have to pay for a car that I don't even have.
