Refuse to pay

Im very frustrated by the Policy i have with Dial Direct for Scratch and Dents they are playing hard n sick ...one minute im not aproved second minute is approved but the bottom line is my car is not fixed and the premiums are deducted every month even today they deducted their premium

Diak Direct Im still waiting for qoutation from your Assessors as per agreement ..is it that difficult to send the qoutation to me beacause you are the one who said you are already have the qoutation of 4900 for small dents so im asking you to send the qoute i want to see something ...and do my own qoutation from panel beaters around Butterworth so
